Why do we need this program?

American postpartum care is failing mothers. With high mortality rates, especially among communities of color, postpartum depression undiagnosed at an estimated 50% rate, and many women reporting long-term pain after birth, support is critical in this phase. With the Sponsor a Mom program, we envision a world where postpartum care is available to every family, regardless of circumstances.

Who does it benefit?

Your sponsorship supports families from underprivileged backgrounds or those who are dealing with financial hardship, ensuring they receive the care they need. By participating in the Sponsor a Mom Program, you are helping us support communities who need it the most.

How does sponsorship work?

There are several ways to contribute. With the funds provided, Yuzi will match donations up to a 7-night stay at the retreat for an individual and their baby. Your donation goes directly towards providing personalized care plans, wellness resources, and emotional support to a mother in need. This includes services such as postpartum doula support, mental health resources, and access to our Yuzi Retreat and In-App experience.
