Who is Yuzi suitable for?

Yuzi is designed to cater to the needs of first-time and experienced mothers alike during the Fourth Trimester.

How soon after birth should I stay at Yuzi?

We require that your reservation start date be at least five days after your baby's due date. This provides greater flexibility given the unpredictability of birth and discharge timelines. Based on guest feedback, we have found that this timing also provides a better experience for families.

Where is the Yuzi Retreat?

The Yuzi Retreat operates on a pop-up model. Every month we partner with a luxury hotel to facilitate our postnatal retreat. These retreats run in a cohort model with a minimum requirement of 5 families staying in order for our hotel partners to block off a section exclusive to Yuzi guests.

When should I engage Yuzi?

We’re happy to connect with you at any time, however, we recommend new parents begin thinking about their postpartum plan at the beginning of their second trimester, or around month four of pregnancy.

This provides optimal time for our team to work with you to understand your needs, answer your questions, and tailor your Yuzi Retreat experience.

Can I use insurance or an HSA/FSA to cover my stay?

We provide our guests with an itemized bill that they can submit to their insurance company and HSA/FSA providers for reimbursement for specific non-medical, postnatal and lactation services received during their stay. Reimbursement amounts are determined by the guest’s insurance plan. Please consult with your insurance company or HSA/FSA provider for their specific policies.
