Yuzi Care, an AI-powered postpartum care platform reimagining how families access maternal support, has been selected as a finalist for SXSW Pitch 2026, one of the most competitive startup pitch competitions in the world.
SXSW Pitch is known for surfacing early-stage companies tackling meaningful global challenges across health, technology, and culture. Each year, thousands of startups apply, with only a small number selected as finalists to present in front of industry leaders, investors, and media.
Yuzi Care was recognized for its work building modern care infrastructure for postpartum recovery—connecting families with vetted care professionals through a tech-enabled platform designed to improve outcomes, reduce fragmentation, and expand access to evidence-based support after birth.
“Postpartum care in the U.S. is profoundly underbuilt,” said Stephiney Foley, Founder and CEO of Yuzi Care. “Being selected as an SXSW Pitch finalist validates not just our technology, but the urgency of fixing how we support mothers, families, and caregivers during one of the most vulnerable—and consequential—periods of health.”
Yuzi Care’s platform serves families, hospitals, and employers by simplifying care navigation, enabling personalized postpartum plans, and supporting the caregiving workforce with better tools and infrastructure. The company is part of a growing movement to modernize maternal health through technology, community-based care, and outcome-driven models.
SXSW Pitch finalists have historically gone on to raise significant funding, scale globally, and shape emerging industries. Past participants include companies that later became category-defining leaders in health tech, consumer platforms, and enterprise software.
Yuzi Care will pitch live at SXSW 2026 in Austin, Texas, alongside other finalists across healthcare and emerging technology categories.
