    We’re growing rapidly and looking for dedicated Postpartum Professionals I to join our team. You’ll provide essential, hands-on support to new families in the critical first weeks and months after birth while building your skills under the guidance of more experienced caregivers.

    Qualifications

    • 18 years or older with valid driver’s license or state ID
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Completed or in-progress doula certification (DONA, CAPPA, Bastyr, or equivalent)
    • 0–2 years of postpartum or newborn care experience
    • CPR & First Aid certification (Basic Life Support for infant, pediatric, and adult populations)
    • Proof of flu, COVID-19, and TDAP immunizations (must remain up to date)
    • Personal liability insurance of at least $1M
    • Completed background check prior to first family placement

    Role Highlights

    • Support families in the home with newborn care basics (diapering, soothing, safe sleep setup)
    • Provide light household support (meal prep, laundry, nursery organization)
    • Offer emotional reassurance to parents adjusting to postpartum recovery
    • Document visits and communicate updates via Yuzi Care’s HIPAA-compliant platform

    What We Offer
