We connect families with skilled doulas, newborn care specialists, and postpartum professionals who provide compassionate, evidence-based care right in their homes.

    We’re seeking Postpartum Professionals III with advanced expertise to serve high-needs families—multiples, C-section recovery, NICU graduates, or families navigating postpartum mood disorders. You’ll also mentor and lead within Yuzi Care’s provider network.

    Qualifications

    • 18 years or older with valid driver’s license or state ID
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Certified postpartum doula or advanced credentials (lactation, RN, or equivalent)
    • 5+ years of in-home postpartum care experience, supporting 50+ families
    • CPR & First Aid certification (Basic Life Support for infant, pediatric, and adult populations)
    • Proof of flu, COVID-19, and TDAP immunizations (must remain up to date)
    • Personal liability insurance of at least $1M
    • Completed background check prior to first family placement

    Role Highlights

    • Provide advanced, high-touch in-home care for complex cases
    • Support C-section recovery, multiples, or families with special needs
    • Mentor and train Postpartum Professional I & II caregivers
    • Contribute to Yuzi Care’s care protocols and training programs
